In this position, you will be joining the team enabling the industry's best enterprise platform Technologies as a Customer System Engineering (CSE) in Data Center Customer System Engineering (DC CSE) organization. We have exciting opportunities to apply your technical knowledge to accelerate deployment of solutions based on Intel Xeon processor-based platform proliferations. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering support of customer enablement, debug, co-develop software solutions with OEM and CSP customers and FW vendors to provide functionality for specific use cases or solve business problems for CPU/SoC Security and Management Service Module Firmware, as well as Intel features for enterprise BMC Firmware and Open BMC BMC Firmware to industry ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Writing technical product documentation, developing and delivering training classes, demos, customer collaterals, and providing technical support for industry events and forums. This will include creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes.
- Interfacing with the account FAE teams to drive customer technical issues (Software, Driver, Firmware, and Operating system) to successful conclusion.
- Working to provide support for new product introduction from pre-silicon through the sustaining phase for DPG platforms.
- Participating in direct customer interaction for issue resolution and to maintain technical alignment. You will act as a technical expert, developing solutions to customer problems.
- Lead/participate planning and execution of Firmware Test and Debug Events and Platform Readiness Workshops to drive Firmware quality and customer design readiness to align platform launch.
- Acting as the voice of customers to backend engineering teams and product development/execution teams for customer feedbacks, use cases and change requests.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education requirement:
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent with a minimum of three years of internship or industry experience, or demonstrated equivalent credentials, or
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with a minimum of five years of industry experience, or demonstrated equivalent credentials
Five years of experience or demonstrated equivalent credentials in software or firmware development
Familiar with C/C++ programming, Windows and Linux operating systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Python or script programming
- Broad understanding of Intel Processor, Chipset, Server, software, and firmware technology
- Experiences in Server Manageability, BMC/Open BMC FW, IPMI and MCTP protocols
- Experience in customer interfacing with OEMs/ODMs/CSPs on technical engagement and issue resolution
