Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process customer orders received via email, web portals, or phone, ensuring accuracy of pricing, materials, quantities, and delivery conditions
  • Create and manage sales orders and delivery orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
  • Maintain and update master data (customers, products, suppliers) in SAP according to defined processes
  • Support sales representatives and customers by providing information on product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order status
  • Generate and distribute reports (e.g., stock levels, invoiced orders, open orders, inactive customers) to support commercial decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (completed or in progress)
  • Technical knowledge in textile or apparel industry is a plus
  • English: Intermediate (minimum conversational level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD/MM modules preferred) is a plus
