CACI is seeking a cleared highly organized, energetic, and productive Protocol Specialist to support our client at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.  


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Town Hall and other on-site events, awards, social activities, and off-site
  • Facilitate necessary documents for awards and presentations;
  • Submit organization chart updates
  • Support tasks and follow up with action officers to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and seating arrangements
  • Consolidate, review, and edit  PowerPoint slides and presentations for meetings and facilitate meetings as needed (set up and execute slide presentations, roll-call, take notes and actions)


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience working protocol within DOD or no degree and 8 years of military experience.  
  • Ability to operate general office equipment (MS Teams, laptop, computer, A/V gear)
  • Possesses technical competency with general office equipment (laptop, computer, projector, control suite, teleconference phone, and video teleconference center)
  • Candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills and be proactive; possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)



Desired:

  • Experience supporting US Army project offices is desired

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
