Compétences minimales :

Un poste d'assistant de recherche portant sur les droits linguistiques au Canada et en Ontario. Connaissances poussées du régime constitutionnel des langues officielles au Canada, de la Loi sur les services en français, de la Loi sur les langues autochtones, et de la jurisprudence pertinente. Maitrise des outils de recherche juridiques et excellentes aptitudes pour la rédaction juridique en français et en anglais.
