Your assignment:
Serve as speaker and contact person for existing and potential investors, financial analysts as well as represent the company at international investor conferences and roadshows
Develop and create capital markets communication materials (e.g. equity story) including mandatory announcements (e.g. ad hoc), quarterly results press releases, speeches; contribute to form 6-K and 20-F filings, quarterly and annual financial and non-financial reports and other capital market publications; manage and execute related preparations and timely implementation
Prepare presentations for analysts' meetings, press conferences and similar events and support activities such as preparation of question/answer catalogs in compliance with legal requirements
Responsibility includes debt investor relations activities in cooperation with the Treasury and Finance Functions, e.g. debt conferences/roadshow, website, debt investor presentation and annual rating review preparations.
Continuously develop of the Equity Story together with the Head of Investor Relations
Collaborate with finance function and other functions within the organization
Establish, manage and enhance internal investor relation processes and channels
Coordinate, align and communicate with internal interfaces as well as external service providers
Your profile:
Master’s degree in business administration, economics or law or comparable academic degrees
Minimum 4 years of experience in Investor Relations, ideally in a German, stock-listed company or as a sell-side analyst (healthcare services sector preferred)
Ideally with experience in another field e.g. business, finance, controlling, corporate sustainability/ESG
Very good understanding of accounting (IFRS, US-GAAP)
Very good understanding of ESG-related reporting standards (GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP)
Very good understanding of German and international Corporate Governance requirements
Good understanding of various roles of capital markets participants and relevant regulations
IT-Knowledge in MS Office, ideally as well in EQS, Nasdaq IR Insight, Bloomberg
