We are currently looking for:

Junior SAP SD Consultant

Job location: Remote from Poland / hybrid from Wrocław or Warsaw


You will be responsible for:

  • incident tracking and monitoring - should be proactive to identify issues in the system, timely resolution of incidents  

  • providing daily support (e.g., break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties, in order to maintain their productivity level (including international and fourth-level break/fix support) 

We require:

  • at least 3+ years of SAP functional experience

  • 1 year of experience in Production Support

  • good understanding of SAP SD end-to-end processes 

  • understanding of SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE) configuration 

  • good communication and customer service skills 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field preferred

  • ability to translate customer requirements into technical requirements for the developer

  • ability to learn and support customized solutions

  • Polish citizenship

  • very good knowledge of spoken and written English

Nice to have:

  • knowledge of other processes such as MM, FI/CO and Firefighter  

  • knowledge of ServiceNow 

  • familiarity with Solution Manager/Change Management of Transports in SAP
