Summary: As a Security Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing our global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into the overall project framework. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, address any challenges that arise, and facilitate communication among team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout project execution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements. - Experience in project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
