Brinc also accepts high-potential startups seeking to adopt blockchain, NFT, Blockchain-based Gaming/GameFi, and DeFi into their core businesses.
What You Will Do:
The Associate Program Manager (APM) - is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Accelerator program. The APM is accountable for implementing any of the proposed changes and improvements to the program, coordinating the program's projects, and supporting them in their inter-dependencies.
Under the direction of the Program Manager (PM), the APM will coordinate and run all operational aspects of the program, and pay particular attention to processes and existing tools for effective coordination of the program’s projects and management of the many related activities, including oversight of any risks and issues that arise during the delivery of the Accelerator will be essential.
The APM also works closely with the founders of the startups that they supervise; becoming one of the first lines of interaction between Brinc and Founders. They are expected to take on all tasks to learn how to run an accelerator program.
