Main Responsibilities

1. Data Management, Modeling, and Integration

• Integrate, harmonize, and transform information from various sources (ERP, CRM, local systems, external databases).
• Create robust and scalable data models aligned with business needs.
• Define standardization and consistency rules to ensure data integrity.
• Execute quality controls and periodic validations.

2. Power BI Dashboard Development

• Design and build executive dashboards with effective, decision-oriented visualizations.
• Optimize models and queries to ensure high performance.
• Automate data connections, refresh processes, and data flows.
• Propose new visualizations and indicators based on best practices.

3. Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Solutions

• Integrate AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI Builder, etc.) to automate analysis, generate insights, and improve processes.
• Build automated AI workflows for classification, prediction, data enrichment, or content generation.
• Identify opportunities where AI can add value (report automation, data cleansing, predictive analysis).
• Ensure solutions comply with privacy, security, and compliance standards.

4. Process Standardization and Continuous Improvement

• Document processes and analysis methodologies.
• Create standardized templates and repeatable reporting workflows.
• Identify optimization opportunities to reduce manual effort and processing time.
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, proposing new practices, automations, and efficiency enhancements.
• Lead initiatives to elevate the analytical maturity of the team or region.

5. Executive Presentations and Business Support

• Develop clear, visual, action-oriented presentations for management and regional teams.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses with depth and rigor.
• Translate complex data into understandable messages for non-technical audiences.
• Support commercial, financial, and operational areas in interpreting results.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or performance roles.
• Proven experience building advanced Power BI dashboards.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and ERPs.
• Experience or knowledge of applied AI solutions (desired and highly valued).

Technical Knowledge

• Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, others).
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools (Copilot, AI Builder, ChatGPT, Power Platform).
• SQL knowledge (desired).
