Position Description:
As the Sr. Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, you will be part of the global team and lead a team of local cloud administrators responsible for supporting and evolving the infrastructure that powers our SaaS products. This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance engineering execution with people leadership. You will play a pivotal role in our cloud strategy, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure across a "follow-the-sun" support model. You should be comfortable working across time zones, guiding cloud integration efforts for M&A activity, and jumping in to resolve complex technical challenges alongside your team.

Reports To: Director CloudOps
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in cloud/infrastructure roles with 3+ years leading technical teams, ideally in India.
Strong experience with cloud + on‑prem environments, including servers, networking, storage, and maintenance/change windows.
Hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes, Linux containers, and Windows/Windows containers.
Advanced scripting in PowerShell and Python (automation-focused).
Strong background in IaC (Terraform) for both new and existing infrastructure.
Experience managing/optimizing multiple Active Directory forests.
Solid understanding of incident management, observability, CI/CD, and resilience engineering.
Ability to perform market research, run PoCs, and help select tools (e.g., Observability).
Knowledge of security best practices and a security-first mindset.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Uptime.com.
Exposure to M&A cloud/infrastructure integration.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for a global work environment.
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Lead and mentor a high-performing India-based infrastructure team.
Ensure reliability, performance, and security of cloud and on-prem environments.
Drive automation using IaC and scripting to improve operations.
Oversee server, network, and storage maintenance, including scheduled maintenance windows.
Lead and mature incident response, RCA processes, and best practices.
Implement and maintain an enterprise CMDB.
Research, evaluate, and run PoCs for tools across observability, operations, and infrastructure.
Manage vulnerability remediation and partner with Security for compliance.
Support DR, backups, and business continuity initiatives.
Collaborate with global Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver operational excellence.
Lead cloud and infra integration during M&A activities.
