What will you contribute?

This is an exciting lead‑generation opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to develop their sales career within a leading financial services software organization. As a Sales Development Representative for Lending, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and building strong initial relationships.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your duties as Sales Development Representative will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to make sure suitable messaging is distributed to your clients.
  • Keep up to date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
  • Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.
  • Participate in training programs as directed by manager.
  • Maintain sales forecasting data in sales reporting system.
  • Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with inbound and/or outbound phone marketing or sales.
  • Proven track record of selling over the phone, with a history of exceeding sales goals.
  • Fluency in English and in one of the following: French or German.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Strong perseverance and follow‑up skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and overall communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Account management experience is a plus.
     

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
