Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects within the federal line of business, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with teams, including engineers, product managers, compliance and legal, mission owners and government partners, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication across Zscaler product leaders, executives, customers, and other relevant partners.
  • Monitor project progress, find and address risks, and resolve obstacles.
  • Ensure compliance with federal government regulations, security standards, and data privacy requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, present project reports to senior leaders, government agencies and mission owners, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and achievements.
  • Stay updated on federal government guidelines, and industry trends related to the programs being managed, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Remote opportunity from anywhere in the US.

This is a DOD SkillBridge Internship role (unpaid)

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 180 days of service or fewer remaining before your date of discharge and you have at least 180 days of active service.
  • Obtain approval from your unit commander.
  • MOU must be approved and submitted before start.

10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically managing software or hardware projects within federal or military space.
