We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Engineering Manager to lead our web development team. As the Senior Web Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our web platforms, ensuring they are performant, scalable, and user-friendly. This is a hands-on position, with up to 50% of your time spent developing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, deliver high-quality products, and elevate the overall web experience for our users. We have teammates across the country who love spreading the word about Carta. Members of our team have created and sold TV shows in Hollywood, been on the floor of Congress during the financial crisis, written political speeches heard by thousands, and led the rebrand of Carta.
