The Role

Reporting to a Lead BA, you will be responsible for gathering and translating client's business and system requirements into conceptual, functional, and technical requirements. This contract position would suit someone with some decent digital experience, who has the ability to hit the ground running. 

  • Work closely with the PO and project team to determine requirements; 
  • Translate requirements into accurate user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows;
  • Ensure the backlog is groomed and help the team to progress work through the backlog;
  • Communicate dependencies, issues or risks and plan to resolve throughout project delivery; 
  • Work with the Scrum Master to lead and resolve competing client and stakeholder demands to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Support with team health

  • Strategy Planning -  you can competently build a digital product roadmap
  • Technically Minded - You have had experience in design systems, content management systems  and you understand APIs and web services. Prior experience in headless technology and Sitecore is highly regarded.
    Problem Solver - You love solving problems and bring order to chaos
  • Multi-Tasker - You are confident at managing multiple competing Product Owners or Exec Stakeholders simultaneously while improving team/project outcomes
  • Strong Communicator - You are comfortable interacting candidly and transparently across a broad number of stakeholders from technical teams, to business teams to senior leadership
  • Able to zoom in and out - You can see the bigger picture and dive into the detail
  • Process-Orientated - You love attention to detail and are highly organised 
  • Agile - you are a self-starter and love working in a fast paced environment. You can jump in and get things done to help out other teams
  • Highly Collaborative - You’re able to build trust with colleagues across all levels and disciplines.
  • Team Focused - You are a supporter and advocate for your team's health
  • Growth Mindset - a love for learning and helping others learn. Having the ability and experience to ship quickly, iterate, and are always striving to improve
