About the Role

As a part of PMO team, the candidate will be responsible for planning budget/resource, monitoring project progress, tracking defect resolution, troubleshooting in blockages, and briefing status.

Job Description:

1) Project delivery management support:

  • To Ensure team can deliver the project according to project timeline within budget with good quality
  • To facilitate/drive related parties to identify issue/risk, locate root cause and align with resolution/precaution
  • To monitor budget consumption and resource arrangement
  • To coordinate with stakeholders and follow-up the progress of tasks with prioritization.
  • To arrange and host project meeting (regular & Ad-hoc), summarizing action items.

2) Status reporting:

  • To perform in-depth analysis for current situation and propose resolution
  • To consolidate the statistics to issue reports for teams or senior management
  • To present the project status/risks/issues/highlights in exchange meetings

3) Others:

  • Internal Knowledge documentation and sharing
  • Ad-hoc tasks from managers in project/department delivery

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years + experience
  • Working experience as a PM (Project manager) / PMO (Project management office) role in large and medium-sized projects independently.
  • Has IT project involvement in banking or insurance companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Be flexible, independent and self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic in learning new things
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
  • Fluent English in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking
  • Knowledge of IT project management domain
  • Knowledge of Software development life cycle
  • Hands on with common office applications (e.g. PPT, Excel, Word)
  • Familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS project, share point, confluence, Jira etc.)
