This position will report to the VP Commercial Operation Intl that has also the direct responsibility of the commercial activities in Japan. The Senior Sales Manager (“the Manager”) at Exact Sciences Kabushiki Kaisha will be responsible for managing the sales function at the Company for the East Area, initially for the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score Program.
The Manager will be directly responsible for all sales related activities within his/her area of competence including strategy development and tactical execution, personnel management and close communication and cooperation with Marketing, KAMs, Medical Affairs, Customer Service, and functional stakeholders. The candidate will drive a team of Sales Reps driving the promotion of Company’s reputation as a technology-driven, evidence-based company of the highest integrity, ensuring the compliance with all applicable regulations in Exact Sciences and in the Japanese market.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Oncology related Sales in Oncology Pharma products and/or molecular diagnostics/IVD in Japan combined with a proven direct involvement and track record in driving performance and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.

Employment Term: This role includes a 3-month probationary period during which employment conditions remain unchanged. Employment is on an indefinite-term contract, and a one-month notice period is required for voluntary resignation, in accordance with company policy. Employees may be required to work overtime based on business needs, including occasional holiday and weekend work, with compensation provided per company policy and local labor regulation.
Salary Range:
11 727 200 ¥ - 17 590 800 ¥The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. Additionally, this role includes either 30 hours of overtime per month or 10 hours of midnight work per month, depending on the position. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
