The Demand Planning Transformation Lead for o9 is responsible for driving and managing the BU implementation of o9 to ensure functional solution is seamless integrated end 2 end from demand to supply and x-functional streams.

The role will work closely with global/regional and local partners to deliver the project on time, on budget and on result in term of digital adoption for TREA (Turkey & Eurasia).

How you will contribute 

You will be SME (Subject Matter Expert) during o9 Transformation for TREA region.

• Understand and assess the current WoW for Demand Planning and IBP Process for all categories for Turkey and Eurasia
• Work closely with Global deployment team, regional and BU project & cross functions leading o9 Core model deployment and execution in BUs by waves 
• Ensure deployment in the respective waves delivered on time and oncost through close partnership with support from functional SMEs 
• Define business process scope for country releases and manage customization needs to drive adoption and value delivery
• Establish Integration and Linkage to Business Workstreams for BU, identify additional change management needs to address gap closure 
• Work with BU business operation teams to define and deliver UAT success, ensure business continuity and success go-live
• Lead / Define / Update / Check the Master Data creation with business teams and functional SMEs to resolve BU specific requirements and process standardization during TLG, BGL, UAT etc.
• Prepare the lesson learnt and implement Best Practices from other countries to next waves ensure smooth execution 
• Manage interdependencies between o9 and other ongoing projects to ensure joint success 
• Proactively provide inputs and oversee next wave implementation preparation readiness
• Lead and support local demand planners for Statistical Forecasting and increase forecasting accuracy

What you will bring

• Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning especially with experience in implementing APS solutions like o9/Kinaxis/OMP/ etc.
• Demonstrated business operation understanding and multi-market working experience
• Digital transformation experience especially o9 and Kinaxis is a plus
• Leadership skills to be able to influence multiple level and communicate vision/strategy clearly
• Demonstrated capability of managing a complex situation/project with ambiguities 
• Demonstrated leadership skills and x-functional orchestrating capability under pressure and complex matrix team
• Result driven and strong sense of speed of execution to delivery timeline
• Strong stakeholders’ management and influencing skills

This is a 15-month fixed term role, and the person in this role is expected to start on August 2026.
