What will your daily contributions include:

• Collaborate with the local sales team;
• Provide support to the sellers through a proactive, efficient and customer-friendly manner;
• Identify issues that are systemic and report on key trends
• Receive and validate requests for creating, activation or modification of the Customer Service Contract;
• Administer Customer Service contracts requests in Service Contracts system;
• Receive, validate and administer Customer Master Date creation/modification requests;
• Collaborate with local client's dealers for any missing or inconsistent information;
• Receive, verify and share approved Commission files;
• Creation of manual invoices/credit notes as per defined work instructions;
• Respond to queries received by email, ticket or phone;
• Prepare defined reports based on data extracted from the system;
• Promote teamwork and collab
