The selected candidate will lead and grow strategic relationships with large government entities—including cities, counties, school districts, utilities, and transit authorities—by delivering tailored financial solutions and acting as a trusted advisor across the full suite of banking services. This role requires deep expertise in public sector operations, funding mechanisms, and regulatory environments.

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to build long term relationships with government clients and extensive experience with the RFP process
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management with focus on the public sector
Experience developing and maintaining external partnerships with Financial Advisors and key stakeholders
Completion of formal credit training program
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
