How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Coordinate Multi-Functional HR Operations: Manage and synchronize various HR workstreams - including labour relations, compensation, and benefits, to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery model across the organization.
Develop and Monitor HR KPIs: Establish and monitor HR metrics and performance indicators to provide data-backed insights that inform talent strategy and business decision-making.
Serve as a Strategic Point of Contact: Act as the primary advisor and liaison for both leadership and employees, fostering a culture of trust, transparent communication, and high engagement.
Lead the Local Implementation of Global Initiatives: Lead the deployment of global HR projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring they are adapted for local success while maintaining alignment with the group's international vision.
Ensure Policy Compliance and Strategic Alignment: Guarantee the rigorous application of internal policies and the execution of all HR processes in full accordance with local labour legislation and the overarching global HR strategy.

Are you a MATCH?
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
Proven experience in an HRBP role.
Experience in team management.
Knowledge of HR software (Workday).
In-depth knowledge of Portuguese labour law.
Proficient in the Google environment (Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.).
Strong ability to influence and high emotional intelligence.
Excellent communication skills.
Conflict management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
