Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a team of engineers developing technical solutions to address challenges and meet business goals. Your role involves ensuring timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions across various specializations, including manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural design, and technical management. Roles & Responsibilities: ? Should be able to generate good quality shell mesh. ? Should be able to create bolt and rigids. ? Should be able to generate good quality solid (Hex and Tetra) mesh. ? Should assign Property and material to parts. ? Should be able to remove Intersection and penetration. ? Conduct Crashworthiness and Impact Simulations for EV battery System using PAM-CRASH ? Develop FE models of Battery cells, Modules, and Packs considering Mechanical and Thermal behavior ? Perform Structural Integrity Analysis under crash, drop and vibrational condition ? Optimize battery designs for safety, durability and lightweighting Professional & Technical Skills: • Years of Experience – 8+ years of experience in CAE analysis for battery systems in automotive EV industry • Expertise in PAM-CRASH for Crash, Impact and Safety Simulations • Expertise in ANSA, Meta, HyperMesh, HyperView • Strong knowledge of battery pack structures, material behavior and failure mechanism • Education – B.E in mechanical or Automotive Engineering or equivalent • Must have worked on Automotive EV industry • Familiarity with Abaqus, LS Dyna tools is a plus • Good knowledge of global regulatory standards Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in FEA Simulation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
