Great Hill Solutions is seeking a full-time Program Analyst, at the Institute of Security Governance (ISG). ISG, located in Monterey, California (CA) remote support, manages and executes institutional capacity-building programs under the direction of the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) and Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA).

High-Level Requirements: The Program Analyst provides support to the preparation of reports on program activities for stakeholders at ISG, (DSCA), (GCCs), and the larger Security Cooperation community. ISG is a high-visibility organization that provides various documentation and reports to its many stakeholders. Solid analysis of its engagements ensures that ISG provides comprehensive and credible information that illustrates its achievements and contributions to the Security Cooperation enterprise.

 

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Edit input for documents, such as, country project plans, After Action Reports (AARs), Trip Reports, Bi-Weekly Reports, etc. for grammatical accuracy, format and proper terminology.to ensure contract coverage is funded and requested to support overall ICB efforts
  • Collect, organize, convert to electronic form, and archive all unclassified, classified and Secret NATO ISG related documents in appropriate, secure, and properly classified storage spaces and files.
  • Compile reports, as required, that provide lists of events by country and include items such as by implementing organization, event date, planning status, planned program activities
  • Maintain an Excel database of all reports based on event.
  • Track and report the status of these documents on a weekly basis. Uploading these documents to various databases as requested and provided by the Government.
  • Research, analyze, and compile data and metrics for events (e.g., tracking how many participants attend program workshops, the participants' affiliation (i.e., military or civilian), and participants' nationalities).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Management, Business Management or Administration, or a
  • Current Secret Security clearance or ability to attain a DoD Secret Security Clearance or interim
  • Minimum of two years of experience developing event cost proposals, maintaining budgets, and
  • Experience coordinating programs, conducting administrative briefings, and providing project
  • Proven effective verbal and written communication skills is required.
  • Experience working in teams and independently.
