Protegrity is seeking a passionate and talented (Sr Director AI Security) to join our (GenAI Security Team). This position is a hybrid work role with collaborative in-office work as needed 2-3 days/week and remote work possible remaining days.

You are an experienced, driven, and curious security leader with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), Unstructured Data Processing, and Large Language Models (LLMs). As a Senior Technical Leader in this role, you will own the AI security domain and drive the development of next-generation solutions focusing on AI governance, safety, security, and privacy frameworks. As a key contributor, you will lead efforts to research, design, and implement scalable technologies that set the industry standard for secure and compliant GenAI systems.
You will play a central role in shaping our AI/ML strategy. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of domain experts and software engineers to deliver solutions that address critical market needs, enabling secure, trustworthy, and high-performing AI applications. You are passionate about solving complex challenges at the intersection of AI innovation and security and wish to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
