Job Title:  Payroll Specialist with Italian
Location: Hybrid from Wrocław, Warsaw, Gdańsk or Kraków
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer pension fund reports
• Prepare and administer health fund reports
• Process and monitor sickness leaves
• Upload inputs related to Cars / Welfare / Recognition programs
• Manage Time Management processes 
• Perform WISE reconciliation and ensure data accuracy
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and processing
• Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Prepare payroll reports and support monthly/year-end closing activities
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide high-quality customer support
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers when needed
• Provide support during payroll Time project as required
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, internal procedures, and company policies

Apply if you:

• have previous experience working in Payroll, but still seek new and interesting development opportunities in this area
• know Italian and English (min. B2)
• have MA or BA degree in Economics / Finance or other areas
• consider yourself a customer- and detail-oriented person with great communication skills
• are familiar with labor law and acquainted with the payroll system, Workday, SAP/GlobalView
