Job Responsibilities:  

  • Process Analysis: Assist in analyzing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, including efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. 

  • Data Collection: Collect and analyze data related to production performance, process flows, and resource utilization to support decision-making. 

  • Lean Methodologies: Support the implementation of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to develop and implement process improvements. 

  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project reports. 

  • Training: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for production staff on new processes and improvement initiatives. 

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 

  • An internship or relevant coursework experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing is preferred but not required. 

  • Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies and engineering principles. 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
