Senior After Sales & Service support (HVAC)

What you will do

As a nationwide HVAC Technical Pre-/After-Sales Support Specialist, you will support our sales team and work closely with partners and internal departments.

• Provide technical advice and support to our partners on-site and remotely (product selection, documentation, after-sales inquiries).
• Train and coach partners on new products, warranty handling, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop targeted training and support measures.
• Conduct factory training sessions together with our customers at one of our production sites.
• Collaborate with partners, product management, service, and sales teams to identify training needs.
• Communicate with partners about services provided and system optimizations; promote additional sales.
• Participate in “Voice of Customer” sessions to develop customer-oriented service offerings.
• Support other departments with projects such as training packages, sales strategies, or process optimizations.

Your qualifications:

• Technical knowledge in HVAC (e.g., chillers, heat pumps, terminal units, air treatment).
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings, as well as HVAC installation, operation, and maintenance requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC field is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/365, ideally Visio or AutoCAD.
• Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate technical content clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and experience in training and coaching (remote and on-site).
• Customer-oriented, open-minded, and forward-thinking mindset.
• Willingness to travel (up to 30%, mainly within the DACH region).
