Job Description

• Automation & Efficiency Gains: Candidate developed Python scripts to replace manual tasks, directly reducing operational overhead and improving process efficiency.
• Platform & Workflow Expertise: Candidate to successfully handled code migrations, created and troubleshot new workflows, and is now leading API automation initiatives—showcasing both technical breadth and depth.
• Business Impact: Candidate contributions have already streamlined operational processes, minimized manual dependencies, and positioned the team for long-term scalability.
• Learning Agility & Fit: Candidate ability to learn new platforms at speed, take ownership of initiatives, and collaborate effectively makes an excellent fit for JLL’s culture and future technology vision.

With Candidate strong coding foundation and proven automation expertise, we see clear potential to expand his role into AI-driven automation. Candidate would be a key resource in our plans for the DA/Operations/COO Dashboard consolidation and automation including the POC for the AI enabled contract to license management workflow. Candidate would enable us to develop him into a strategic resource who can accelerate this roadmap.
