Overview of the job

The PLM Admin is based in the Tech Hub, responsible for regional Stream 3 and 4 initiatives FPC creation and Enovia BOM creation, also for their related specifications and other PLM processes eg. sales release, artwork approval from technical side, TLDPP market clearance.

Tasks:

Task

  • Ensure peer review is done and data is correct from PLM side in requested initiatives/BBAs.
  • Responsible for FPC code creation/change in Hermes system
  • Responsible in Enovia (main tasks):
  • DSBP maintenance, ensure the following is done by one of the PLM team members
  • add PMP material nr and Description
  • fill the English name to register field
  • Identify, execute or request process improvements, maintain the Tech Hub PLM databank/supporting files and Tech Hub PLM sharepoint
  • Responsible for correct tracking of tasks, identifying and tracking KPIs, building dashboard
  • Owner of Tech Hub PLM o365 group account
  • Provide onboarding trainings to other departments in GYO regarding Enovia system and PLM processes
  • Attend alignment meetings of new projects/ideas – from initiatives and operations too

Job Qualifications

  • Detail orientated (strong attention to detail) – organized and disciplined
  • Leadership skills to enable timely completion of activities
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills working with multi-functional teams
  • Good priority management
  • Good MS Excel & Power BI knowledge (ideal)
  • Ability to learn new systems with ease (DSBP, Enovia, Hermes)
  • Good sense of technical things, oral care portfolio knowledge is preferred
