Our future colleague will:

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Administer and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.

• Manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies.

• Monitor service health and usage and automate tasks using PowerShell.

Citrix Farm Management:

• Maintain and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.

• Manage Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Studio, and Citrix Director.

• Troubleshoot session issues, profile problems, and application delivery failures.

• Perform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning for Citrix environments.

General Responsibilities:

• Act as an escalation point for L2 support teams.

• Experience with SCCM and WSUS , Baramundi

• Build, deliver and maintain desktop OS and application images. Participate in testing, provisioning desktops, configure and manage policies, and desktop image housekeeping activities

• Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and system upgrades.

• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to ensure system integrity.

If you are logical, adaptable and have knowledge in:

• Advanced: O365; AZURE; CITRIX ; Windows Server

• Scripting: PowerShell; Python; network basic troubleshooting

• Communication skills

• At least Upper Intermediate English (minimum B2)

• German is a plus
