The Role
We are seeking a Foreign Exchange Trading Associate to join a team of traders, providing sole coverage during the overnight shift (12:00 a.m.- 8:00 a.m.). The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and risk management of FX trading activity with Fidelity’s retail and institutional clients. This role involves trading FX spot, forward and swaps as well as advising institutional clients on hedging strategies and mitigating currency risk. The base salary range for this position is $100,000-185,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
