Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies, collaborating with different teams to understand the root causes, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions to maintain business continuity and support organizational objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues promptly.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Develop and implement best practices for incident management and resolution.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to optimize business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex software problems and identify effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and support.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
