Job Description Summary:
The Program Manager IT will lead and manage IT staff and resources in accordance with company's IT Business Plan. Will plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with the OhioHealth IS PMO project management standards and in accordance with service level agreements at agreed upon budgets.Responsibilities And Duties:
65% Project Execution - Responsible for managing technology projects and/or programs running across one or multiple Lines of Business targeted at achieving overall business goals. They will be responsible projects from initiation through implementation including multiple software development methods. Establishes project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Manages budgets of the project, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities:Minimum Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Familiarity with IT governance, architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
- Experience in healthcare IT environments
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale IT initiatives (e.g., EHR implementations, cloud migrations, M&A integrations)
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Extensive experience with tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, and ServiceNow
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Lead multiple concurrent IT programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable value while meeting scope, schedule, and budget constraints
- Develop and maintain program artifacts, roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application, security, and
vendor resources
- Establish and facilitate program steering committees and governance ensuring efficient processes and decision making with high communication and transparency
- Drive adoption of change management strategies and ensure readiness across impacted teams -
Inspect program performance with a sense of urgency, creatively solve problems, remove roadblocks, and escalate appropriately
- Hire, coach and mentor full-time and contract project managers to successfully deliver projects
- Collaborate with peers and lead the continuous improvement of IT PMO practices
- Represent IT Solutions Delivery in enterprise forums and collaborate with the EPMO to ensure alignment
