This role supervises the planning, implementation and operations of the overall Identity and Access Management team and related processes, tools/technology and will have a focus on automation, scalability, and security.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages a team of Identity and Access Management of administrators
• Ensures the timely, accurate, and secure processing of access requests to ensure appropriate user creations, changes, and deletions are performed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and monitor internal controls to ensure access requests are handled in accordance with policies and standards
• Resolves escalation issues to provide excellent customer service
• Identifies opportunities to improve internal processes to enhance ability to provide effective access management
• Adheres to and comply with all applicable policies and processes
• Ensures all IAM related policies, processes, procedures and supporting documentations are in place and kept up to date

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field or equivalent work experience;
• Security or IAM certifications are an advantage
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within an organization
