That’s why you’ll have an important role to play as our Fulfilment Planning Manager. Partnering with stakeholders across our businesses, you’ll take the time to understand their workforce planning and fulfilment needs, harnessing your talent for problem solving to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they need to be.

Day to day, you'll be:  

  • Working with your stakeholders to specify their requirements and collate, profile and map the data required for analysis
  • Analysing large data sets to identify and develop solutions and determine the most effective course of action
  • Utilising Build, Borrow, Buy, Bind and Bot strategies to develop and implement appropriate workforce interventions to support both efficiencies and future skills strategy
  • Creating high level operating, business and process models based on your analysis
  • Partnering with stakeholders and colleagues pan bank, to optimise workforce plans and determine appropriate fulfilment requirements
  • Developing standard queries to ensure data quality, and identify inconsistencies or missing data
  • Working together with Goal and Journey colleagues and business leaders to plan how objectives will translate into workforce strategies
  • Identifying and presenting workforce opportunities and risks which may affect future demand and delivery objectives
  • Embedding our new resourcing fulfilment tool, Workday Adaptive Planning, and facilitating its adoption by advocating its capability

Problem solving is at the heart of this role, and you’ll relish the challenge of finding the best solution to a complex problem. We believe that problem solving and decision making belong together, so sound judgment, creative thinking and a logical approach will be particularly important too.

You’ll bring this all together with your great stakeholder management skills, and your ability to develop great working relationships.

You’ll also need:

  • Workforce planning and forecasting experience
  • Knowledge of workforce planning tools like Anaplan and Adaptive Planning
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, especially functions like pivot tables, Vlookups and concatenation
  • Experience using data visualisation tools, such as Tableaux Reader
  • A great understanding of permanent, graduate, contractor and Statement of Work resourcing
