PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

To provide technical facilities service delivery for the client’s site

  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Facilities Inspection and Maintenance

  • M&E Equipment: UPS, CRAC, Alarm system in Tech Room, Access Card System, CCTV, Power Distribution System, Air-conditioner in Office, Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Drainage System

  • Fitment and decoration indoor: Furniture, Carpet, Wall, Ceiling, Glass Door and Curtain

  • Public Office Equipment:, Pantry Appliances

  • Minor replacement work, e.g. office lights, pantry sump pumps, FCU parts

Reparation and Renovation on spot

  • Raise work orders as necessary

  • Operate CMR and BMR tickets

  • Renovate daily inspection fault within skills base

  • Respond to users reported defects

  • Inform users about status of requests

Maintenance Management

  • Cooperate with vendors to conduct the preventive and corrective maintenance

Minor Project Management and project handover

  • Monitor and cooperate with vendors to complete minor projects

  • Support or cooperate with AFM/FO to complete indoor fitment projects and monitor the vendor’s modification of project defects

  • Support or cooperate with AFM/FO on office new projects handover from project team

Emergency and Incident Response

  • 24 x 7 emergency call support and site attendance as required

  • Respond to M&E alarm within the shortest time and arrive at the spot within 2 hours to deal with the emergency

  • Communicate with the BMO/ Landlords for building issues for the client operations and interests

  • Respond to help desk work orders

Monthly Report

  • Update consumable and spare parts stock list

  • Submit requests for consumable and spare part ordering

  • Submit monthly job records

Others

  • Successful completion of scheduled activities

  • Provide support to the Facility manager in M&E

  • Management of equipment and materials on behalf of client

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in BSE, M&E or related discipline

  • Electrical licence preferred

  • Basic handyman skills preferred

  • 3 years experience in delivering facility related technical services

  • Basic spoken & written English

  • Fluent spoken & written local language

  • IT literate

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Compliance with the Client’s standards and audit requirements
