Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their maintenance requirements, workflows, and challenges. Translate business needs into functional specifications. • Design and Configure HxGN EAM to meet business requirements. • Customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and associated processes. • Analyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements, aligning them with HxGN EAM capabilities. Implement best practices for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset lifecycle management. • Hands on experience of design and execution of Asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, Functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life and asset retirement activities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as procurement, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration of EAM and external systems. • Work independently on defining solution for complex projects or contribute to solution of a program Technical Skills: • Must Have Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Asset Management projects • Must Have Experience in implementing at least three End to End Implementation Project and at least one SaaS Implementation. • Must Have Minimum one EAM Migration Project. • Must Have 2+ years of hands on experience of working in Asset Management with advanced knowledge of enterprise or application systems (at least one of the following systems – (EAM Web Services, GIS, Databridge Integration). • Must Have 5+ years of experience in designing Flex Business Rules • Good to Have Experience in Extensibility Framework based custom development. and Knowledge of JavaScript and Python Language programming will be preferred.
