Job Description:

This is a temporary assignment for 14 months.

This role will provide administrative support to the regional Vice-President (RVP) and operational support for the regional team.   

What will you do?

  • Liaise with Wholesale management and internal and external partners under the direction of the RVP
  • Monitor and analyze monthly budget, investigating and raising concerns with the RVP
  • Provide general administrative support for the Regional Vice-President (RVP)
  • Complete regional and RSD alignment changes on Salesforce, in collaboration with the RVP
  • Provide operational support for the regional team
  • Run & manage the regional dashboard and data elements using Salesforce & Tableau
  • Maintain records of a highly confidential nature
  • Arrange set up of equipment, supplies, access for new employees
  • Coordination and oversight of the regional team’s Brighter Way management system including process improvements

  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, CRM (SalesForce) an asset
  • Capable of responsibly handling sensitive and confidential information

What will be nice to have?

  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative or similar role
  • College diploma
  • University degree - Preferred

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.  It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.  In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.  Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
