Responsibilities

  • Confer with clients to identify requirements.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements.  
  • Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions.  
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware. Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations.
  • JavaScript Object Notation (JSON).
  • Robotic process automation.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests

Experience and Specialization

  • Minimum two years of work experience in IT and/or Information Security
  • Knowledge of computer networks, information systems, infrastructure and applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot, configured and deploy information systems from a security perspective considered an asset
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Android, Cloud, IBM AS/400, Shell script, Virtualization, Workday, iOS, MAC, Linux, Unix, Networking software, Networking hardware, Networking security, Extranet, Intranet, Internet, Servers, File management software, Security software, Word processing software, Presentation software, Mail server software, Programming software, HTML editing software, Business diagram software, Database software, Mac OS, MS Office, MS Windows, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Firewall, MS Active Directory, Postman, Unix Shell Scripting, MS Outlook, PHP
  • Area of work experience: Project implementation, Information technology (IT) service delivery, Quality assurance or control
  • Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
  • Area of specialization: Cybersecurity

Certificates, Licenses, & Registration:

  • CISSP Certified, or be able to pass the CISSP Official Exam within time allotted, or country specific equivalent
  • Cisco CCNA certified in R&S and/or in Security, or be able to pass the Exam(s) within time allotted, or country specific equivalent
