Indirect Framework Support

Description -

As a dedicated Indirect Framework Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting HP’s mission to become the brand of choice across all our UK channel partners on public sector frameworks. Your responsibility will be to understand and maintain a matrix of UK procurement frameworks supplying Public Sector. We will use the matrix to understand the total spend per framework, the partners and OEM’s aligned to those frameworks, and HP percentage share spend.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a relationship with those partners and key framework holders to best represent HP in the public sector marketplace.

The role will also include working alongside the direct framework team, and channel / end user sales community within HP to run promotional pricing, social media campaigns, events and marketing.

The role will report to the UK Central Government Sales Manager with regular performance discussion to support your growth and success on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an indirect framework performance matrix, covering all product and services and present data back inside HP.

  • Report to key internal and public sector stakeholders.

  • Liaise closely with the UK Management Team to ensure continuity of messaging.

  • Understand partner and framework goals and objectives.

  • Contribute to tailoring solutions for procurement.

  • Working alongside the team to increase customer orders and achieve quota.

  • Identify new areas of business growth for HP

Education and Experience

  • University or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not essential

  • Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems preferred

Knowledge and Skills

  • Basic understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors/ manufacturers

  • Basic understanding of HP’s organization.

  • Basic understanding of a specific set of HP's products, software, and services. Able to communicate the strengths of HP's offerings and overcome objections.

  • Develops business plans to grow HP's share of the business.

  • Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient plans.

  • Basic understanding of UK frameworks preferred
