• Excellent proficiency in English (spoken & written); client-facing communication skills
• Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse), AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift), or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Matillion, SSIS, or Airflow
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps
• Experience developing in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Write complex, optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, CTEs, views, and functions for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Develop Python scripts and automation tools (using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, PySpark) for data processing, cleansing, and transformation
• Identify optimal data storage solutions (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake, SharePoint, Blob Storage) and implement best-fit architectures
• Integrate multiple data sources into unified data models to support downstream reporting and visualization
• Establish and enforce data governance checkpoints — identifying, validating, and onboarding data sources to ensure availability, completeness, accuracy, and alignment with operating models
• Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality-checking methodologies
• Continuously review and refine controls, validation checks, and governance mechanisms to strengthen data reliability and audit readiness
• Partner with business stakeholders, Data Platform leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end data flows and translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Consolidate data requirements while engaging with BusOps and reporting teams to ensure data availability and accuracy
• Interact directly with clients — discussing requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular status updates
• Proactively assess existing workflows, reports, and data pipelines to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
• Standardize repeatable processes and patterns to reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and improve scalability across teams
• Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and templates across delivery teams
