Job Description: Production Control/Materials Manager
Location: Huron, SD
This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating programs and processes that ensure optimal inventory and material availability. The role oversees materials requirements, Kanban systems, and just‑in‑time deliveries, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, and cost in all decisions. The team member must operate effectively within lean manufacturing principles.
Importantly, this role is a member of the site leadership team, supporting and driving critical site initiatives, cross‑functional alignment, and continuous improvement across operations.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $104k - $127k. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
