Job Responsibilities:
- Station at designated entrances and exits across high-traffic hotel areas, including gaming and non-gaming zones, to professionally welcome arriving guests and courteously farewell departing guests, encouraging repeat visits.
- Demonstrate a professional appearance with a friendly, courteous, and warm service attitude when interacting with guests.
- Provide basic and informational guest services, efficiently resolving simple inquiries to reduce waiting time and enhance overall guest satisfaction and brand recall.
- Remain calm and well-organized during peak traffic periods while delivering accurate and timely hotel information.
- Clearly direct guests to their intended destinations within the property, providing precise locations and the most efficient routes.
- Offer informational assistance to participants during large-scale hotel events or business conferences.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service relevant experience in a five‑star hotel or casino.
- Good grooming and presentable
- Excellent command of Cantonese and Mandarin, average in English
