This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do
Specialist - HR Support Services provides centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other HR related transactions. Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes. Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs. Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists.
Prepare relevant HR metrics to measure, track, analyze and report.
Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly pre-established on-going reports and dashboards in line with HR’s needs and future objectives.
Perform analytics, data modeling and reporting.
Fulfill various ad hoc reporting needs subject to a pre-defined service level agreement.
Delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights.
Maintain documents detailing reporting processes.
Responsible for ensuring that data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders.
Document and conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed.
Work on audits to promote data integrity.
Assist with the year-round operations for talent and rewards, including the companywide year-end talent/compensation process.
Conduct global market pricing.
Assist with the rewards and recognition program
Review of merit increases, equity awards, and bonus recommendations to ensure data is ready for formal review by the HR business partners with their business leads.
Work on the performance calibration review.
Assist with goal setting process.
Prepare benefits billing and complete benefits audits. Perform other benefits support tasks.
Produce work following set quality standards to achieve satisfactory quality and consistency.
Continuously drive operational excellence.
What We Expect
At least 2 years of experience in providing HR transaction support and processing in a regional or global HR role.
Experience in using Workday is required.
A keen eye for detail and a good problem solver with great interpersonal skills
Good communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box
The initiative to learn and to be comfortable working with minimum supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility to work on some PH holidays based on business need
Amenable to working Mid-Shift (3PM-12MN) and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
