ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for ensuring that the Global Customer Fulfilment organization complies with Financial and Quality standards. It involves working closely with the Finance and Quality teams to uphold and improve compliance frameworks. Additionally, it includes monitoring any changes and mitigating potential compliance risks. The Customer Fulfilment Compliance Senior Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, providing expert advice on compliance issues. 

He / She will develop and sustain an effective team by focusing on attracting, onboarding, and training new members. Additionally, will ensure the continuous development and growth of colleagues to help them reach their full potential. 
The incumbent will ultimately report to the Customs & Compliance Lead serve on the Customs & Compliance Leadership Team. Additionally, will collaborate with the LT to drive the T2 Blueprint, sponsor specific initiatives, and be an 
integral part of the T2 Leadership Ecosystem.

ROLE RESPONSABILITIES
Functional Core: 
• Ensure Customer Fulfilment complies fully with all applicable standards and regulations, in collaborations with Finance and Quality organizations. 
• Continuously monitor, interpret, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders, assessing their impact on the Customer Fulfilment operations. 

• Identify and assess potential compliance risks related to Customer Fulfilment activities, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• In partnership with Quality and Finance team, conduct regular compliance audits, assessments, and self-reviews to ensure adherence to standards, regulations and internal policies. 
• Manage and respond to any issues, or incidents, working with Finance, Quality and other stakeholders as necessary to resolve them.
• Foster a strong culture of compliance in Customer Fulfilment.
• Develop and deliver training programs for colleagues on compliance requirements, ensuring awareness and understanding across the organization.
• Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of compliance program.
• Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive record of order to delivery transactions, documentations and compliance activities. 
• Maintain proper record-keeping practices to show compliance and support internal and external audits, ensuring transparency, traceability, and accountability in Customer Fulfillment. 
• Serve as the primary advisor on all financial and quality matters related to Customer Fulfilment, providing strategic insights and recommendations. 
• Stay ahead of emerging compliance trends and challenges, proactively advising the organization on potential impacts and opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to Customer Fulfilment financial and quality compliance.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed of relevant compliance requirements and changes.
• Leads Customer Fulfilment finance and quality compliance projects across multiple regions, overseeing resources, schedules, and finances throughout their life cycle. Manages issues, risks, and change requests to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Leadership Ecosystem:
• Through the leadership ecosystem, translate the Customer Fulfilment T3 Blueprint into the priority goals for Customs & Compliance T2 level, establishing a clear vision.
• Embed the IMEX framework at T2/T1 ensuring process adherence and resilience in all key processes. 
• Set clear performance standards for the Customer Fulfilment Compliance team and taking accountability for the achievement of these standards.


Talent Management: 
• Accountable to ensure comprehensive onboarding, training and development programs are in place to meet the needs of the role and develop new capabilities to drive greater capability and process efficiency into the future, aligned with the T2 and T3 Blueprint. 
• Orchestrate and execute robust talent management and development programs across the Customer Fulfilment Compliance team, in a manner that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion always.
• Promote and encourage growth gigs and zig zag moves in partnership with peers and colleagues across GSC and PGS.


Budget / Financial Management: 
• Governs and prioritises functional needs in close collaboration with key stakeholders. 
• Manages budget needs for specific capability development projects and initiatives.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 
• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 + years of experience in supply chain, compliance, finance or similar. 
• At least 3-5 years in leadership roles. 
• Ability to work with multiple levels in the organization and across geographies in projects and virtual teams.
• Experience with leading, executing and maintaining Compliance programs. 
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence other through demonstrated expertise. 
• Expertise and broad experience in SOX, Quality Systems, Quality Assurance and Quality Control including solid knowledge of global GDP / GMP, regulatory 
requirements and good documentation practices. 
• Strong demonstrated interpersonal communication, and leadership skills to work effectively across cultures on non – routine matters in challenging situations. 
• Ability to effectively present information to internal and 
external stakeholder.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience. 
• PMP Certified.
• Proven track record driving positive change in a complex environment. 
• SOX – GDP compliance / platform or internal audit experience. 
• Demonstrate strong problem – solving skills based on facts, data and understanding of the regulatory requirement in complex and evolving environments;  must be able to apply sound risk management. 
• Able to handle organizational complexity and ambiguity.
