Responsibilities:

  • Application Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide precise solutions to potential customers.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by delivering demos, presentations, and meetings to showcase our solutions.
  • Skill Development: Enhance skills and knowledge through ZEISS Academy learning paths and skills matrix related to assigned products and services.
  • Revenue Generation: Sustain revenue for the After Market Sales portfolio, including:
    • Measuring services, accessory solutions, programming services, and consulting services.
    • Promote software business, including software maintenance, additional software options, software upgrades, and Zeiss Inspection Data Management software.
  • Training:
    • Conduct training sessions for end customers and public courses through the ZEISS Academy.
    • Provide training based on sales contracts and billable training on our devices, software, solutions, and preparatory courses such as AUKOM.
    • Understand all aspects of compliance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), certifications, and accreditations as a trainer.
    • Manage various training modes, including remote virtual setups, classroom setups, On-Site setups, and webinars.
  • Solution Design: Offer solutions for fixturing design, special tools, stylus, and project solutions, such as designing fixtures for programming services.

Process Compliance:

  • Adhere to process requirements, operational procedures, legal compliances, and brand compliance.

Accomplish reports on time, including Service Ticket entries and obtaining customer sign-off on the last day of the job

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant engineering field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Experience with industrial X-ray or Computer Tomography (CT) is an advantage,
  • Know-how in Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) software programming and metrology.
  • Familiarity with CAD-based software, with a preference for ZEISS CALYPSO and ZEISS INSPECT Software.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience in dimensional metrology, GD&T, SPC, and defects analysis is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Confident and clear presentation skills to medium to large audiences.
  • Experience in providing talks, facilitating workshops, and conducting customer training is an additional advantage.
  • Product selling Skills and customer service handling
