The opportunity
Own, manage and grow the AWS co-sell pipeline within Salesforce, Tackle.io and ACE portal. Drive engagement with AWS partner sales managers and AMs to accelerate deals.
Own, manage and grow the AWS marketplace business both with MPPOs directly with customers and with CPPOs via AWS channel partners. Continuously improve the AWS co-sell motion and build a world-class playbook that drives repeatable pipeline and transactions.
Collaborate closely with frontline sellers and sales leadership to support achievement of goals and align with near-term and long-term GTM priorities.
Employ creative problem solving and systems thinking to identify and optimize the cloud co-sell and marketplace GTM best practices playbook including messaging, enablement and tooling to drive business outcomes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders internally, within AWS and externally in customer accounts. Drive awareness and adoption of the co-sell motion.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of our cloud co-sell and marketplace GTM motion, and use this data to inform future strategy and tactics.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years in partner sales, partnerships, business development or equivalent with experience driving and managing cloud go-to-market for B2B SaaS companies.
Foundational knowledge and familiarity of co-selling with hyperscalers, preferably AWS, and cloud marketplace go-to-market concepts.
Experience developing tools, processes and messaging, and enabling frontline sales teams to deliver significant revenue results.
Self-starter and builder with a proven record of successful outcomes operating in a fast-paced environment, owning and leading projects, and making data-driven decisions.
Ability to work across the organization, from executive leadership to individual contributors to drive rapid alignment on cross-functional projects and deliverables.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400 - $124,000. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.In addition to the benefits set forth above, the compensation package for this role also includes an annual commission target of $37,200 - $53,090 based on the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.Dataminr is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
