Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

● Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.
● Process deliveries through pick confirming, manifesting and ship confirming.
● Compile shipping/receiving reports for division use.
● May assist with locator updates.
● Maintain files of delivery tickets, POD’s and OP Receivers.
● Help with disposition of product.
● Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
● Verify the implementation of solutions and control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
● Perform other duties and/ or responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to use 10-key calculator, PC, photocopies, telephone and facsimile machine

Work Experience:

● 3-5 years of related job experience.

Education:

● High School Diploma/GED Preferred
