Responsibilities:

- System Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Core HCM and Workday Integration, ServiceNow HRSD, SABA/Cornerstone Releases and PeopleSoft HRMS, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that arise.

- Data Management: Develop and run complex queries and reports to support various HR functions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the Workday system meets organizational needs

- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing for software upgrades and new features, ensuring they meet business requirements and do not disrupt existing processes

- Compliance: Ensure the Workday system is set up to comply with company policies, contract requirements, and federal and state regulations

- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Workday updates and new features, implementing improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and data management.

- Experience: Typically, 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in Workday system administration

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and system issues to develop effective solutions

- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system compliance

- Engineering background
