<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

  • <point>Leading a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their individual goals </point>
  • <point>Negotiating and closing bigger deals, showing how it’s done by leading the line for your market, working on Tier 0 - Tier 2 deals</point>
  • <point>Managing your own sales pipeline, building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities</point>
  • <point>Working closely and giving market feedback together with the Senior Country Sales Manager to our product team regarding Bolt Business solutions and how we should develop - you’ll be seeing and hearing what businesses need, so you’ll be an essential voice to our product teams</point>
  • <point>Monitoring our competition, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of the industry</point>
  • <point>Spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes, and making sure we respond and take steps when we need to identify and remove blockers</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field.<point>
  • <point>You have at least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with strong professional expertise in selling business services to SMEs and Large clients and a proven track record of targeting, closing, and understanding these clients' needs.</point>
  • <point>You have proven experience in managing a sales team and possess leadership qualities that enable you to motivate and mentor your team and achieve positive outcomes.</point>
  • <point>You are a CRM expert (ideally with Salesforce experience) who leverages data to optimize team performance. You’re able to analyze patterns and trends, translating insights into informed decisions and clear strategic recommendations.</point>
  • <point>You can effectively communicate in English and Polish, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</point>
  • <point>You are organized, process-driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales.<point>
