Crestview Chrysler is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Express Lane Manager to lead our team.

This role focuses on leading the Express Lane team, overseeing operations to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both customers and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Express Lane, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at all times
  • Develop, lead, and motivate a team of skilled lube technicians to high-performance through guidance, training, and support
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience by maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain high-quality standards for vehicle maintenance, implementing and enforcing best practices and quality assurance protocols
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols within the Express Lane to maintain a safe working environment
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), to assess departmental performance and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience across the dealership

Requirements:

  • A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the customer experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a dynamic environment
  • Effective communication and listening skills, particularly in interactions with customers and technicians
  • Previous experience in a lube bay or automotive service environment is preferred
  • A valid Driver’s License
